In order to provide the best quality service to our customers, employees are given an annual budget for training on the latest softwares and program. 

• $3,000 annual budget towards training and technology allowance

• Free Online Training Account (A Cloud Guru)

Personal Time:

• 20 Personal Days (160 hours)

• 10 Federal Holidays (80 hours) 

• All time-off hours are put into PTO “bucket” ~ Hours are accrued at a rate of 9.23 hours per bi-weekly pay period
